You do not need an account on keybase.io to create a secure message.
- Enter noxcivis as the recipient
- Type your message and press encrypt
- Copy the encrypted text
- You can then either email me (if you have my email address) or private direct message or public tweet the encrypted message to @noxcivis
IMPORTANT : Only I can decrypt the message since you are encrypting to my public key.
